Guided Meditation Group

At This is My Meditation, I believe in the power of mindfulness and its ability to reduce stress and bring about a greater sense of inner peace. My guided meditation sessions are carefully crafted to enable individuals to achieve deeper forms of relaxation, while enhancing the mind-body connection. The sessions are tailored to meet the needs of both beginners and experienced practitioners alike, making it easy for everyone to incorporate the benefits of meditation into their busy lives.

I have a diploma in Guided Meditation. I started the group initially to support people to learn about meditation and the benefits for everyday life, from breathing techniques to daily meditation. This has developed into learning new guided techniques and development of incorporating crystals into weekly meditation as an option for everyone in the group. It is a low key, supportive group which is about meditation and using these techniques as part of our everyday life.
